ArtEquAKT
The overall aim of the ArtEquAKT project is to use knowledge acquisition and analysis techniques to extract information from web pages on a given subject domain and construct an knowledge base overlaid with an ontology. The ontology can then be used to construct stories on the fly, by using story templates to walk the ontology and extract appropriate knowledge from the knowledge base underneath. Eventually it is hoped that the ontologies might be built automatically, although initially they will be manually constructed. Type: Normal Research Project Funding
